Efeilomo Michelle Irele, popularly known as Efe Irele, is a Multi-talented Nollywood actress, model, blogger and humanitarian.
She began her career as an actress in 2016, after spending some years as a human resource manager, events manager and video model.
Since her debut in the movie industry, she has featured in over 80 movies and has also produced 14 films.
Efe also runs her studio SetWerk Studios and she models for several brands especially lifestyle and beauty products.
She had 698K followers on Instagram and she’s currently worth over $300,000.
Personal Life (Early/recent)
Efe Irele is an indigene of Edo State, Nigeria. She was born in Lagos State, on September 4, 1990.
She is the first of four children born to Mr and Mrs Irele. As regards her basic education, she schooled at Corona Primary School, and she attended Queens College, Yaba for her secondary education.
She proceeded to study and obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Bowen University Iwo, Osun State.
After which, she went for the compulsory one year National Youth Service Corp Scheme in Oyo State.
Upon completion of her service year, she relocated to the UK, where she obtained a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from University of Chester, UK.
Efe Irele is passionate about helping people with autism and encouraging parents with autistic kids.
She established her autism foundation in 2018, in honor of her autistic little brother and other autistic children.
Career
Efe Irele began her career as a Human Resource Manager for almost a year, before she switched into events management.
While she was still an events manager, she was also actively involved in TV and music video modeling.
As a video model, she appeared in music videos of songs like ‘Like to Party’ by Burna Boy and ‘Sade’ by Adekunle Gold.
Her debut as a movie actress came after her manager encouraged her to audition for movie roles.
She got her first role in the Ebonylife series ‘Aso Ebi’ in 2016. Followed by her role as Clara in ‘Dark Spotlight’.
In 2017, she was cast alongside Chelsea Eze, Desmond Elliot, and Bimbo Ademoye in the romantic drama movie ‘The Real Side Chick’.
The following year, she got the main role as Kindy, this time she was cast with Kunle Remi in ‘Stronger Together’.
She played the main character with Sophie Alakija and Monalisa Chinda in the 2021 romantic drama movie ‘Bouquet and Everything After’.
Recently, Efe has featured in about seven 2023 movies including ‘Shina’s Dilemma’, ‘Love, Lust & Other Things’, ‘Dice’ and ‘Maniac’.
Efe Irele is also a movie producer. She began to produce movies in 2018. Her first produced movie was ‘Stronger Together’.
Some of her other Productions includes Truth Or Dead, Karma On Ice, Manifestation, Comfort Me and As He Was Written.
Apart from acting and producing movies, Efe is also a blogger. She uses her website www.efeirele.com to talk about healthy living and other interesting topics.
