Who Is Frodd Okoye?
Frodd, whose real name is Chukwuemeka Okoye, is a Nigerian personality renowned as a housemate in the BBN show in 2019 and 2023. His nickname is the short form of Fresh and Odd.
Personal Life (Early/recent)
Frodd is an indigene of Anambra State, even though he lives in Lagos. Not much is known about this early life. However, he regards paying for his mother’s surgery as his proudest achievement in life.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree at Nnamdi Azikwe University, Anambra. Frodd dislikes people who are proud or bullies. He also does not like people who fake their personal life.
Frodd married his longtime girlfriend, Chioma, in February 2023. As of now, she hasn’t had any child for him, but she is reportedly pregnant.
Career – How Frodd Okoye Became Famous?
Frodd worked as an investment banker and sales executive before being accepted into the BBN TV reality show in 2019. He participated in the show to gain an experience he believed he could never get elsewhere.
The show ended on October 6, 2019, in which Mercy Eke won, and Frodd emerged as the second runner-up.
Frodd is also one of the past housemates called back for the Big Brother Naija’ All Stars Edition,’ 2023. Other housemates in this year’s edition include Cee-C, Whitemoney, and Cross Okonkwo. They are competing for a grand prize of ₦120 million against the ₦60 million that Mercy Eke won in the 2019 Edition.
His life has been flourishing even after leaving the Big Brother house in 2019. He now works as a public relations expert and investment analyst.
Frodd also makes a living in real estate and tech. He owns Frodd Empire Properties, a realtor business, and Frodd Lifestyle Company, a consulting agency. His consultancy firm helps with promotion, artist bookings, and more.
