Mark attended Copley Square High School (now Snowden International School) in Boston, MA. However, he didn’t get his high school diploma until 2013, when he was 42 years of age.
He committed several crimes during his childhood. For instance, he got addicted to cocaine and other hard drugs when he was 13.
Mark and his friends also violated the civil rights of three black children when he was 15 years old. They chased, threw rocks, and yelled at their victims, which led to a lawsuit settled within a month.
Barely two years after the first case, he perpetrated another racist assault involving a middle-aged Vietnamese-American man. He abused and used a large stick on him, making him unconscious.
Mark Wahlberg started a relationship with an American model, Rhea Durham, in 2001. She had given birth to three children for him before their marriage in 2009. They had their fourth child in January 2010 and are still together.
Mark founded a youth foundation in May 2001, aimed at raising funds to help youths succeed, removing all barriers.
He and his family lived in Hollywood until they relocated to Las Vegas in 2023.
