Cole Carter is an American professional football player for the Arizona Rattlers in the Indoor Football League (IFL). He stands at 6’ 6” and weighs 299 pounds. Cole is well-known for earning two SEC Academic Honor Rolls in 2013 and 2014, respectively.

Cole Carter was born in Caledonia, Mississippi, USA, by Steve and Christi Carter, on August 24, 1994. There is no specific information about his number of siblings but he has a sister who attends Mississippi State University. His parents graduated from the same institution, where his father, Steve, was a football player during his time on campus.
Cole attended Caledonia High School in Mississippi, where he was rated the #72 Offensive Lineman in the Nation by Scout.com (now 247Sports). He was also named the First Team All-State during his time in high school. Cole also studied at MSU for four years, where he graduated with a Kinesiology major.
He was redshirted in his first year at MSU, making him a true freshman.
Cole Carter has played a significant role in American football, both in special teams and at the offensive tackle position. He was named a three-star recruit by Scout and ESPN when starting his collegiate career at Caledonia High School.
While attending the school, he led his team to a 4-7 record in the final season. He was also an offensive and defensive lineman during his sophomore year. In his 2014 Sophomore Season, he was part of 11 games with no starts, meaning he participated in those games as a substitute player. In 2012, he was redshirted in his first fall season on the MSU campus.
Cole Carter appeared in 35 games, representing the Mississippi State Bulldogs football team as part of their special teams and as an offensive tackle. He was part of the offensive line that enabled MSU to set numerous offensive records. Cole also helped the university set a bowl record for the most yards during the AutoZone Liberty Bowl (12/31). His team scored six touchdowns against Rice University Owls in the postseason contest, which was also the highest in AutoZone Liberty Bowl history.

- Helped the MSU team to 62 points
- Gave Mississippi State time to average 18.6 yards against the Trojans
