Who Is Brad Pitt?

William Bradley Pitt is a famous actor and film producer in the American film industry. He is recognized as one of Hollywood’s most powerful and influential people.

Bradley has received multiple Academy Awards, Golden Globe Awards, and British Academy Film Awards.

Personal Life (Early/recent)

Brad Pitt’s family was a conservative Christian, even though he grew up as a Southern Baptist. His mother, Jane Etta, worked as a school counselor, while his father, William Alvin Pitt, owned a trucking company. He has two younger siblings, Douglas Mitchell (1966) and Julie Neal (1969).

While studying at Kickapoo High School in Missouri, USA, Brad was part of the tennis, swimming, and golf teams. He also participated in musicals and school debates.

After graduating from high school, he pursued a Bachelor’s degree in journalism (advertising) at the University of Missouri, which he earned in 1982.

Brad Pitt has dated several Hollywood stars, including Juliette Lewis, Robin Givens, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Jill Schoelen.

Fast forward to 2000, he got married to Jennifer Aniston, an American actress and film producer. Sadly, they announced their divorce in January 2005 and finally got separated on October 2, 2005.

It was during his court proceedings that he started dating Angelina Jolie. They had a private wedding in 2014 until Jolie filed for divorce because of irreconcilable differences in 2019. The divorce was granted on April 12, 2019. Before their divorce, she had given birth to three children for him, and they adopted three more from outside the US.

In 2022, Brad Pitt started a new relationship with a jewelry designer, Ines de Ramon, who is Paul Wesley’s ex-wife.

Career – How Did Brad Pitt Get into Acting?

Brad Pitt had a passion for films, so he moved to Los Angeles when he was about to graduate. He had to do menial jobs to sustain himself while taking acting lessons at the same time.

Brad Pitt got famous when he was featured in Thelma & Louise (1991), where he starred as J.D., a cowboy hitchhiker.
